Our sessions provide a constant variety of movements that will shake up your monotonous workout routine and help you bust through your plateaus.

Adult Metabolic Conditioning utilizes interval and circuit training to develop the body’s ability to utilize fat as a fuel source. If you like constant variety and want to lose weight, this fast paced, fun group training session is for you.   

Adult Strength focuses on developing functional strength throughout the entire body.  Our goal is to help you build a better body in a safe fun-filled environment.

Fit for All

for those new to free weight training

No matter where you’re starting from, Fit For All: Intro to Strength Training can help you build the muscles you need to accomplish everyday activities with ease. You’ll learn the six foundational functional movements that form the basis of strength training.

These exercises when done regularly can:

  • help preserve bone density and vitality as you age

  • reduce the risk of osteoporosis and chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes

  • improve sleep

  • reduce depression


Personal Training

for those that need additional motivation or support

Personal training is all about YOU and YOUR goals. It’s perfect for busy adults who need that extra boost of motivation or accountability. Whether you want to focus on regaining strength, and flexibility or improving your body composition, our trainers can help. 

During your initial meeting with a trainer, they’ll begin the process of getting to know you. They’ll ask about your health and fitness goals, your health and exercise history, and your likes and dislikes. This information, along with their expertise and experience, will help them develop a customized program for you.
