TRAINING APPROACH

Our approach to cross country training is guided by science and experience, including insights from Olympic-level track and field coaching. We tailor our programs to meet the specific needs of distance runners, focusing on both performance enhancement and injury prevention.

TRAINING APPROACH

Sessions begin with an active-dynamic warm-up and muscle activation. We then focus on core training for running posture, balance and stability exercises for injury prevention, and strength training. Each session concludes with mobility and flexibility work.

TRAINING APPROACH

Short-term: Improved understanding of efficient running mechanics and body positioning.

Long-term: Enhanced upper body running mechanics, stronger and more powerful foot strikes, improved stride length, and more efficient stride frequency.
