Each athlete will undergo an evaluation to be placed in class. Youth Performance Training programs are based on age and ability.

If you are attending a trial session, the following recommendations apply:

Yes. We require a signed waiver to be on file before your athlete is enrolled in any programs or attends a free session. You can download a copy of the waiver HERE. Your athlete can bring it with them on their first visit.

There are a variety of Youth Performance Training programs and session options to choose from. You can select from 2, 3, or 4 sessions per week.

  • Jump Start, Total Performance and In-Season Performance Academy sessions are 60 minutes each.

  • Off-Season Performance Academy sessions are 90 minutes.

All Youth Performance Training programs require an evaluation session before participation.

The Parisi Performance Evaluation is mandatory for every athlete who enters our Youth Training program. During the evaluation, athletes are taught our signature Active Dynamic Warm-Up, are examined during our Running Analysis procedure, and tested in a battery of physical speed and strength movements. After the evaluation, a TPC Coach will review the results and select the appropriate program that fits the athlete’s needs. Evaluations consist of:

a. 10 and 20-yard dash

b. Vertical Jump

c. Broad Jump

d. 5 Hop

e. Pro Agility (5-10-5)

f. Chin Ups

g. 200-yard shuttle run

Evaluations last approximately one hour and must be scheduled in advance. Re-evaluations are included every 3 months.

Our Youth Performance Training is perfect for all athletes! While many competitor programs focus on sport-specific training, TPC programming is designed to improve your athlete’s speed, strength and confidence no matter what sport(s) they compete in. This helps them to excel both on and off the field!

Our programs allow you flexibility in planning. You can choose the days/times and the number of training days (2, 3 or 4 per week) that best fit your schedule. Or purchase a “flex pass,” and you can easily adjust your schedule as needed if you have a conflict.

A Flex Pass allows you to buy several classes and train when it’s convenient.

Absolutely! We are happy to provide discounted pricing for both adult and youth training options to Carle Health & Fitness Center members. The discounts depend on current membership, so please contact us to (309) 433-9355 to discuss your membership and training options.

Working out is always more fun with a friend, and we encourage your athlete to get teammates, neighbors and siblings to join! Small Group Training is also available and we will set up a time specifically for your group. Contact us at (309) 433-9355 to learn more about our small group options.

If you are interested in having your team train together, have your coach reach out to us at (309) 433-9355. Training sessions can be held at TPC or on-site at a location of your choosing.

YES! You can refer a member to join TPC and earn $25 off your next month’s dues when they join and mention your name upon registration. At certain times we have additional special offers. Stop by the Member Service Desk or call (309) 433-9355 to learn more!

Yes! We have both guest passes and training passes. A guest pass ($15) gives access to the facility only; it does not include a training session. Training Passes for Jump Start, Total Performance and Performance Academy are available for $20 per session.
