Healthy Shoulders

recommended for all overhead sport athletes

The Training and Performance Center’s Healthy Shoulders program is specially designed to keep overhead athletes healthy and performing at their best.

Athletes will work with our expert sports performance coaches to improve the strength, flexibility, and mobility of their shoulders using proven methods like the Crossover Symmetry system. Proper recovery techniques will also be taught to help reduce injury risk and shoulder pain.
