T.J. has a Master's of Science in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training. He is a certified athletic trainer (ATC), certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), certified personal trainer through the NCSF, and is a certified Parisi Performance Coach. Head Performance Academy Coach
Austin has a Bachelor's of Exercise Science from Illinois State University and is a Marine Corps veteran. He is a Certified Physical Preparation Specialist (CPPS), Certified Football Preparation Specialist (CFPS), and is certified through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) in sports conditioining. His passion is to inspire, motivate, and direct athletes who have goals to play college sports. He has found proper preparation and consistency over time can help a young athlete can attain their dream.
