Adult Metabolic Conditioning utilizes interval and circuit training to develop the body’s ability to utilize fat as a fuel source. If you like constant variety and want to lose weight, this fast paced, fun group training session is for you.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Adult Strength will focus on developing functional strength throughout the entire body.  Our goal is to help you build a better body in a safe fun filled environment. 
HIIT Training

Monday - Friday

This thirty minute fast paced bootcamp style class guarantees a great workout!   Join Coach Leslie every morning in the Training and Performance Center and be taken through a full body workout in a small group setting.
