In-Season Performance Academy 15+

In an effort to provide comprehensive athlete training plans, we are excited to offer an In-Season Performance Academy (PA) training option.


In-Season PA sessions are offered mornings only, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:30am to 7:30am.


The In-Season Performance Academy sessions are 60 minutes in length versus 90 minutes for the regular Performance Academy  sessions. 


Our In-Season Performance Academy sessions are designed to maintain an athlete’s strength and mobility while they are competing in their sport. Performing strength workouts 2-3 times per week helps prevent the drop-off in strength and speed that typically happens when an athlete returns to sport.


Our In-Season Performance Academy program will keep your athlete fast, strong, and mobile for the duration of the sports season.


The In-Season Performance Academy programming is intentionally different from our regular Performance Academy sessions.  The workouts are designed for In-Season PA are to support your athlete most appropriately during the sport season using the following strategies:


  • Basic strength exercises to enhance strength/power
  • Individual corrective exercises designed to minimize muscular imbalances
  • Mobility drills to keep athletes moving well
  • Rehab exercises to facilitate the healing of minor injuries that can occur during a season
