Advanced Athletes 15+

 

By enrolling in The Performance Academy, athletes commit to an individualized approach to developing both physical and mental skills necessary to excel in a specific sport.  Advanced level strategies are utilized to sharpen a strong athletic foundation into optimal functionality.  The Performance Academy team utilizes experts in training and mental preparedness. 

  • 1 1/2 hour sessions, 2-4 days per week
  • High-intensity training approach delivered to appropriately peak performance during the in-season
  • Acceleration, Top Speed, Jumping, and Change of Direction mechanics to improve athlete's speed and reduce risk of injury when competing in a sport
  • Olympic lifting variations to optimize power production
  • Basic compound barbell exercises to maximize an athlete's strength 
  • Group-based mental strategies and approaches intended to give a competitive advantage during sport and performance
