For athletes ages 12+ looking to improve their speed

Looking to increase your speed? These 60-minute sessions are the perfect way to level up your performance. Outrun your competition, dominate on the field/court and leave others in your dust!

These sessions are not only about improving the number of the stopwatch but learning proper form and techniques. Whether you’re taking a cross-country run or sprinting to first base, the methods taught here will help your performance in sport.

Speed Sessions are currently offered one day a week on Friday evenings. These 60-minute sessions can be added to any Total Performance, Performance Academy or Girl Power program or purchased as an individual monthly package.
