Strength for Swimmers

For swimmers ages 12+

In this dryland workout athletes will perform shoulder health and rotator cuff exercises to prevent injury and increase range of motion and target back, shoulders and hips for swimming power. Plyo power and leg strength exercises will improve push off the wall and jump off the block for starts.
