Vertical Power for Volleyball
For Volleyball athletes ages 12 and up
Improve your vertical jump with plyos, skills, drills and exercises tailored for volleyball athletes. Learn injury prevention for shoulders, ankles, knees and hips with a focus on healthy shoulder training for strength and durability. Rotator cuff and core training improves torque, twist and rotational power for swings and serves. Low back exercises enhance stability for force absorption and proper hitting posture. Linear, multidirectional and reactive speed drills round out this total body conditioning class.
