Track & Field Athletes

Our track and field training is designed to fine-tune every aspect of an athlete’s performance, with a strong emphasis on speed, power, and explosive movement. Through our partnership with Parisi Speed School, we focus on refining sprinting mechanics to maximize stride efficiency, explosiveness, and acceleration—crucial for gaining an edge in competition. Our advanced performance tracking tools, including timing gates and jump mats, provide valuable data on sprint speed, reaction time, and lower-body power, ensuring athletes reach their full potential.

We incorporate Vitruve velocity-based training (VBT) to optimize power output and strength gains, allowing for precise workload management and injury prevention. Our comprehensive approach includes Olympic lifts, plyometrics, and targeted mobility work to develop the explosive strength, stability, and flexibility required for peak performance across all track and field events. With a focus on both speed development and injury resilience, our athletes are primed to perform at their best when it matters most.

Areas

  • Sprint mechanics and acceleration
  • Throwing technique and rotational power
  • Event-specific strength training
  • Flexibility and mobility
  • Injury prevention

TRAINING APPROACH

Our approach is tailored to each athlete’s specific events, combining general athletic development with highly specialized training techniques.

TYPICAL TRAINING SESSION

A typical training session enhances speed, power, and explosive movement through refined sprinting mechanics with Parisi Speed School. We use performance tracking tools to monitor sprint speed and lower-body power, while incorporating Vitruve velocity-based training, Olympic lifts, plyometrics, and mobility work to develop strength and flexibility, focusing on speed and injury resilience.

BENEFITS

Short-term: Improved technique and event-specific performance.

Long-term: Consistent performance improvements, reduced injury risk, and the ability to compete at higher levels.
